NiqueSaulet Designs is a company that was started by Monique Saulet Rice’s passion for uniqueness as well as fashion. Along with her husband Royce Rice, they have turned her passion into a custom design business. “We believe that everybody deserves to look their best, our jewelry can be the key to help enhance any outfit.
